The Town of Elsmere is accepting proposals for Playground Revitalization & Park Renovations. Copies of RFP 22-02 may be obtained by visiting the Town Hall located #11 Poplar Ave Elsmere Delaware 19805 anytime between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or by contacting (302) 998-2215. Completed proposals must be returned to the Town Hall no later than Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 2:00 PM. No electronic submissions will be considered.
