Absentee Ballots are available as of Friday, June 6, 2025 for those who qualify. The affidavit to request an absentee ballot is attached below or one can be picked up in person at Town Hall (11 Poplar Avenue).
Absentee Ballots must be requested from the Town of Elsmere by filing a written affidavit with the Town of Elsmere no later than 12:00 noon the day before the election.
