The Town of Elsmere’s Trunk-or-Treat Spooktacular is creeping its way to Town Hall!
Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 4PM – 6PM

Bring the kids dressed in their Halloween best and enjoy an evening of trick-or-treating, creatively decorated trunks, plenty of candy, and Halloween fun right here in our community!
WANT TO DECORATE A TRUNK? 
We’re looking for residents, families, organizations, businesses and community groups to help make this year’s event extra special! Whether you go cute, creepy, silly, or completely over-the-top, we’d love to have you join us!
Vehicle registration is required to participate! Scan the QR code on the flyer, use the registration link below, or visit the Town’s website to sign up.

Please note: You do not need to register to attend and trick-or-treat! Registration is only for those wishing to decorate a vehicle and hand out treats.
