Senior Center Bathroom Project
Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of Elsmere is accepting proposals for the Senior Center Bathroom Project. RFP 23-03 is available at the Elsmere Town Hall and contains specifications and requirements for the requested services.
Proposal must be received in the Finance Office of the Town of Elsmere, located at 11 Poplar Avenue, Elsmere, Delaware 19805, no later than 2:30 PM on Wednesday September 13, 2023. A mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held on September 6, 2023 at 9 AM. Anyone intending to submit a proposal must attend this meeting.
