EVENT CANCELLED – Fall Festival
10/17/2026 - 12:00 PM
Location: Fairgrounds Park
Address: Filbert Ave & Dover Ave
Elsmere, DE
Unfortunately, the Town of Elsmere’s Fall Festival scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, has been cancelled due to the impending storm and anticipated weather conditions including the rain and wind.
After careful consideration, we determined that the expected rainfall could leave the park fields too saturated for safe access and setup. We want to prioritize everyone’s safety while also being mindful of the potential challenges and financial impact this could have on our vendors.
We understand this is disappointing news and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate all of our vendors, community members and everyone who planned to join us for this event.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the Town of Elsmere.
The Town of Elsmere’s Trunk-or-Treat Spooktacular is still on as scheduled for Saturday, October 24th! That will be a rain or shine event!
