Join us for the Town of Elsmere’s Halloween Spooktacular on Friday October 24th from 5-7pm. We will have a Costume Parade starting at Town Hall (11 Poplar Avenue) and ending at the Elsmere Fire Hall. Police will escort the parade from Town Hall for safety.
We will have different vendors handing out giveaways and candy to promote a safe indoor Trick or Treat event! We hope to see you there !
